This year’s Haru no Kimagure is a perfect IPA for spring. Amarillo and Simcoe provide citrusy flavors and aromas as well as a background nuance of stone fruit. The body and bitterness balance makes it easy drinking yet satisfying, a perfect beer to start or end the night with—or for a few pints in between!
