A Bavarian style unfiltered wheat ale at 40% wheat, 60% two-row pale barley. Mild banana-like aroma and flavor with a nice carbonation feel on the tongue.

Brenda and I stopped in here for dinner on the way to CdA on Thursday... I had a few tasters and this was the only one that I could muster the gumption to drink an entire glass.
Pours a cloudy dark yellow... descent head with good lacing.
Nose is a weak clove and lesser banana.... smells pretty watery.
Flavor mirrors the nose... The bones of a classic Hefe are there, but little else shows to shake a stick at.
Body is thin ... smooth small bubble carbonation... ehhh... okay... a bunch better than their other "summer" beers.
