Appearance: cloudy pale yellow color with a short white head. No fruit with this.
Smell: a nice spicy aroma.
Taste: typical hefe flavors of banana, clove, tart citrus, and grassy wheat. Definite yeast spiciness here with very little bitterness.
Mouthfeel: light-medium in body. Very crisp throughout.
Overall : a decent hefe that is mildly refreshing.
