A Salmon favorite! Named after the highest peak in Idaho, this very rich, smooth brown ale has a vibrant color and a hint of a nutty flavor.

Pours very clear medium brown.... not too dark.. just right... good white head with bubbly foamy white head and drapes of lacing.

The aroma is very mild brown malts.... dry caramel and some nutty brown malt essence.

Flavor shows clean nutty brown malts with mild caramel .. only enough bitterness to balance.. hints of grassy hops.. very clean.. nicely done.

Light/medium body with a proper light carbonation.... well done.

This brew has been on tap every time that I've driven through Salmon, and it gets better with every pint. Keep up the good work and don't settle for mediocrity.
