In house and per their website this beer is advertised as a oatmeal Stout.
Dark in color with a light lacing this Stout has a rich aroma of dark roasted to almost burnt malts. The taste is lighter with a drying finish.

Thanks goes out to russpowell for this brew.
12 oz. Can
ABV: 6.2%
My first from this brewery. Actually it's an Oatmeal Stout.
Pours a pretty nice dark brown color, with some pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger plus tan head, which also leaves some sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, with a nice touch of chocolate/toffee, vanilla. The taste is nice, malty, with some chocolate/toffee, and some vanilla, nice little sweetness. Medium body, ABV is hidden pretty nice. Overall, a tasty brew. Thanks Russ!

Pours an effervescent Ebony with one finger of mocha colored head. Zero head retention & lacing
S: Roastyness, iron, cocoa, fades as it warms
T: Follows the nose, dryness & a little woody hops & slight smokeyness as well up front. Roastyness, a little coffee & cocoa as this warms, plus dryness once warm, plus little woody hop bitterness. Finishes dry, roasty with a little cocoa & woody hop
A solid stout, but not one I would buy again, drinks alright

Good balance of hops to malt for an American Stout.
