Pours a foggy golden straw with a couple fingers of dense, white foamy head. Head retention is good. Aroma is spicy and zesty herbal hops with hints and bits of lemon, grassy, and crackery, biscuity malts. Onset of aroma is zesty and delightful and then fades away into a more lager-esque, soft finish. Flavor profile is much smoother, hitting a swirly blend of spicy, zesty, grassy hops and crackery, biscuity, bready, earthy malts. Very refreshing dynamics to the flavor profile, with the malts coming on a little strong at the end. Mouth feel is medium-thin with a fuzzy, nappy texture that is just a touch away from crisp. Overall, malty pilsner with a little zesty hop action at the onset for a balanced, dynamic brew.

A bit on the strong side, as far as taste and ABV% for a pilsner but overall a very good beer.

Pours a skightly hazed gold with thin cream colored head. Head retention & lacing AWOL
S: Doughy & grassy
T: Follows the nose, some soapyness too up front, along with dryness. Bready sweetness as this warms, some pear & more dryness, plus grassyness. Finishes dry, a little soay, a little grassy
MF: Medium body, a little grainy, slight carbonation
Drinks alright, but there are far better Pils out there, bit of a let down
