This deep brown ale was brewed with the Ozark fall weather in mind and is meant to be enjoyed in the wide range of temperatures our climate is known for this time of the year. It starts off with a light and crisp mouthfeel displaying notes of chocolate, toffee, and a hint of raisin in front with the back end showcasing an earthy hop profile and dry finish.

Draft at Bike Rack. Poured a clear, brown color with a small, tan head of fluffy foam. It left thin sheets of lace on the glass. It smelled of chocolate, toffee and subtle coffee notes. Sweet chocolate and toffee taste with a touch of bitterness.
