Hellbent Winter Ale is a robust imperial red ale dry-hopped with Chinook and Amarillo hops. It’s a rich, malty beer resplendent with toasted and caramel malt flavors. The pine and citrus contribution from the hops make this a perfect beer to enjoy through the cold winter months.
Malts: Pale, Munich, Aromatic, Biscuit, Crystal 20, Crystal 50, and Special B
Hops: Chinook, Amarillo (aroma), Bravo (bittering)

Growler pour served in a can glass. Beer pours a lovely garnet color, with great clarity, and a moderate chestnut head. Mild nutty/malty aroma. Flavor is malty rich but also serious hopped with an unsubtle dose of grapefruit peel and pine hop flavors. A Cascadian Amber Winter Ale, perhaps?
