A smooth, very refined, lager beer. Fermenting cold and lagering for three weeks leaves the beer crisp with a slight malt sweetness. It’s copper colored and dominated by a mellow, toasted malt flavor with a hint of noble hop aroma. This classic style pairs well with a variety of foods from spicy to sweet.

A very good execution of a Vienna lager. Good red amber color, nice head, and creamy head. The beer was a smooth and rich as one would expect from this style of beer.
