Just had their small barrell release of this on nitro. Dark as midnight, smooth and rich. It was wonderful. The flavor just got better as it warmed up. Rich and strong just like I want to be when I grow up ;-)

On tap 7/27/17 at the Tornado Bar in Seattle, WA. Review from notes. Appears black with a small head. Smells and tastes of roasted malt, cocoa, rye whiskey, caramel, char, and some barrel; good intensity. Moderate sweetness and mild bitterness. Average body and carbonation. Overall, I was impressed by this IS; it had a pleasant balance of sweet caramel and rye flavors.
