We brewed a classic German-style pilsner, using pilsner malt and a touch of carapils. Additions in the whirlpool and fermentor of hallertau mittelfruh and ultra hops give it a grassy hop aroma with ephemeral spicy and floral notes. Traditional yeast and three weeks of aging at the freezing point create a crisp, refined finish. This beer is left unfiltered to bestow maximum flavor.
