Much like our popular DANG! IPA, The Cut IPA features some of the Northwest’s dankest and most flavorful hops. This IPA is first brewed using some piney hop varieties, then dry hopped to add more citrus and floral hop notes. The result is a mellow malt flavor with a strong tropical mango aroma, followed by a lingering pine hop finish.
Malts: Pilsner, pale, Munich, carapils, cara 20
Hops: Bravo, Simcoe, Experimental 07270, Equinox, Calypso, Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo.
