A copper-colored, super hop-infused ale with citrus, pungent pine and tropical fruit aromas. Hopped with Simcoe, Chinook, Centennial, Cascade, and Amarillo hops.

Four pack of pint cans picked up at the taproom in Seattle.
CANNED ON 11/15/2019. Served in a pint glass.
Look- Clear golden orange color. Large and rocky off-white head that recedes rather slowly to a thin cap of foam, thick layered lacing. Moderate carbonation streams visible.
Smell- Sweet citrus (grapefruit, orange and lemon), melon and some stone fruit, resinous pine, caramel/bready malt, floral/spicy notes.
Taste- Sweet citrus, light stone fruit and melon, a lingering hoppy bitter finish. Nicely balanced.
Feel- Medium bodied, semi-dry and fairly crisp. Medium carbonation on the tongue.
O- Under rated. Basic and nothing really over the top but nice, decent price too. Might be biased because the brewery is less than 10 minutes from my house, but it's good.

Very attractive pour in the tall Timmermans goblet with clear dark amber brew topped with creamy off-white foam. Pleasant fizzy mouthfeel but sharp and acidic on the tongue. Big aroma of piney hops.
Plenty of malt, even some sweetness, but the bitterness takes over so you don't taste much but the hops. Overall, it's a good ol fist full of hops IPA with the powerful resiny bitterness I don't crave much. From the 16 oz can purchased at The Market in Anacortes.

16oz can poured into shaker pint. Poured an attractive, clean, clear golden amber color with about 1/2 inch of just off-white head that had moderate retention and lace.
The aroma is that of the classic American IPA; some malt, and lots of bold citrus and pine hops.
Same story on the tongue, solid malt base, with lots of hop bite.
The body was on the fuller side of medium, and very satisfying, and had a dry finish.
Drinkability was very good, this is the kind of beer that you could easily have repeats of. Overall, a pretty good version of the style. Definitely worth your time if you see it.

Classic IPA. Well hopped. Like heavily hopped. Not bad. But a little bit of chaff on this one. Slight bitterness. Stale citrus vibes. Beautiful color, good lacing.
