Our Hazy at Home is a powerful hop monster of a hazy IPA with fruit juice and coconut hop aromas. Its tropical citrus hop aroma is intertwined with a pillow-soft malt base of pale malt, white wheat, corn and oats. We hope this beer inspires and invigorates you as we navigate through these historical times and tough quarantine.

Canned on 4/27. Definite citrus nose from a frothy head over a hazy medium golden amber pour. Prominent bitterness at the first sip, fades off to a lighter fruit and malt base, which sets it apart from other NEIPA. Not heavy, nice balance. They did a good job on this one.

A fine and hazy peach colored body crowned with a fairly thick and sculpted, soapy head. Nice smell combination of biscuit and tangerine and orange juice. The taste follows along the lines of the smell; citrus rind and bisquick dough; white grapefruit; acidic and bitter. Heavy body; creamy yet tart; nice dextrin-induced body; soft and dry.
Per the brewery's notes on the beer, the wheat and oats used certainly make themselves known in the taste and mouthfeel. Yet the beer still has plenty of juicy citrus presence as well. This is a well-executed hazy IPA and a joy to drink.

16oz can served in a nonic glass. Canned on 04/27/2020.
Look- Hazy golden orange juice color, large off-white head with nice retention and lacing. Light carbonation streams visible.
Smell- Over ripe tropical fruit (pineapple and mango), dank melon, some citrus (orange flesh and lemon/lime), light coconut and white pepper, herbal/spicy hops.
Taste- Similar to the aroma, juicy tropical fruit and melon, citrus and grainy malt, sweet coconut and light white pepper with a faint bitter hop back end.
Feel- Medium bodied, slightly sweet and sticky. Moderate/light carbonation on the tongue.
O- A really solid attempt at a NE hazy without question. At $12 a 4 pack it's on the very affordable end of the spectrum too. Worth trying.
