I had this beer on-tap in a nonic pint at the brewery.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a clear body and plenty of effervescence. Head is a finger of creamy ivory foam, well-maintained by the effervescence.
Smell: lightly sweet malt with a bit of a grassy/noble hop character. Not bad.
Taste: sweetly malty, perhaps with a little corn type flavor, and a mild hoppiness. There’s also just kind of this “beeriness”: like some combination of sweet and grainy that reminds me of old school megalagers. It’s not terrible or anything, just not something I want a lot of.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a decent enough helles, though that beeriness makes it a little less appealing than it might otherwise be.

Taster flight at Wenatchee taproom. Pale golden pour with a one finger white foamy head. Mellow grainy aroma. Taste is bready and smooth, nice feel to it.
