Pours a clear orangey amber with abundant foam in the Stella Artois goblet. Full bodied with rich fluffy suds in the mouth. Inviting aroma of citrus with a touch of peach. Flavor is crisp and beers between fruit and pine with a detour to the berry stems for the finish. Bitter lime peel and a woody note.
Starts with some malty sweetness and finishes with moderate bitterness. More insistent carbonation than most beers, seems to me. HIghly gulpable, though, with a long hoppy aftertaste. From the 16 oz can purchased at Central Market.
