Dark, roasty, slightly malty, dark chocolate aroma, and a clean dry finish. Flavors of Munich and Vienna malts and a light residual sweetness are balanced by trace bitter coffee notes and zesty Hallertauer hops. Lagered for over six weeks to achieve maximum flavor maturation.

Handsome dark coppery brown and clear brew with abundant foam in the goblet. Aromatic with roasted grain and some hoppy greens. Moderately sweet with a distinct sweet vermouth note. Roasted malt and dark caramel but not charred. Clean and malty in the Bock fashion with that winey finish. Overall this is a very tasty Bock beer, strong and rich and certainly welcome on a rainy night. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 11/4/24.
