An English blonde ale, brewed with Wisconsin Malted barley, English hops and a splash of local apple cider juice. The touch of cider from They’s Orchards in Luxemburg, WI provides a wonderfully crisp finish to this refreshing brew! Some of our favorite Wisconsin seasons are associated with our favorite sports and teams. Brewing a beer to celebrate these seasons and refresh our palates while cheering on our teams just made good sense.

this is really good, i wish i knew more about it when i ordered it, half blindly, as a draft pour at the packer tailgate. the server didnt offer much info when i asked, i went for it because of the name and being local. english blonde, interesting, i might have even guessed a pale lager for this, its super crisp and snappy and i didnt really think the yeast added a lot of flavor, it might have english pale malt in it, but the yeast aspect is minimal to me, at least when this is freezing cold in temperature. a nice looking pour though, very light colored blonde and with a frothed up inch or more of slow fading white head from the faucet. its cool this has some apple juice in it, didnt realize at the time, but it makes sense now, a little natural apple sweetness and tartness in aroma and flavor, i had it as maybe hops and something in the ferment, but now i get it, the apple is subtle but i think quite identifiable, and it makes this unique and special for a beer that should still appeal to everyone not just beer nerds. the body is insanely light and this begs me to crush it right away, but its not without some grain flavor, a subtle pale pils type barley thing with some minerality. the apple though is rad, a cider vibe, autumnal but still refreshing, and the finish is pretty quick. a light white wine note, maybe a hint of hops on the back end, not too fruity at all, and definitely does drink like a lager. refreshing and distinctive, i regret not knowing the details on it when i had it, but will look forward to considering it more carefully next time i find one. very nice.

Pours light golden. The white head disappeared in seconds. I can definitely smell the apple cider juice. Taste is a love child of a cider and a beer. Can taste the malt and hops, but I can taste the cider aftertaste. Mouthfeel is light and nice. Overall nice complex beer.
