The description of this beer reads it to be amazing. Two row, rye, Amarillo, Columbus, citra, dry hopped with cascade. Let's see. Pours a red copper with white head. The nose is hoppy. The taste is hoppy. I think the citra and Cascade stand out the most to me. A good hoppy ipa.

From a 64oz growler brought back from Alaska a couple weeks ago.
RFA = Red Flag Ale
Pours an amber color with lighter orange tones around the edges, smallish head still conveys adequate carbonation, no cap on top.
Smell has a strong caramel malt aroma with a mild hop presence on the nose, picking up some rye spiciness.
Taste has a strong caramel malt and rye presence, the spiciness is quite nice with a mild bitterness in the aftertaste, carbonation is medium with a soft creaminess, strength is evident and a touch rough around the edges but can also be confused with the spiciness.
I would consider this a rye ale over and an American IPA so make of that what you will.

pours amber with copper tones. It has a tan head.
Smells of citrus and pine with a floral bouquet.
Fresh hops of citrus and pine hit up front and part ways to bring in a biscuity, chewy malt back bone. Finishes dry with a floral hop bite. This is a very tasty beer. It looks and taste a little off to the style, but the bottle had no label and I am going by what I was told.
