Clear yellow-amber brew with plenty of foam in the tall glass. Spritzy mouthfeel with a hoppy zing and a dose of acidity. Aroma of papaya and green melon. Tastes of lime, tangerine, and something appley. Even a hint of onion.
Hops are Simcoe and Vic Secret. This is moderately but distinctly bitter with a little astringency in the aftertaste. Seriously hoppy but reasonably well balanced. Some sweetness with a pleasing malty taste under the aromatics and bitterness. Bold flavors and not overly strong makes for a good gulp. From the 16 oz can shipped from City Beer Store. Not dated.

Can from cask n flask San Jose.
Undated but fresh drop from brewery.
Hops: Vic Secret (we all know it’s Victoria’s Secret).
L: clear golden bronze, slight chill haze. fluffy head with lace. Retention for days.
S: stonefruit, woods, pine, caramel.
T: stonefruit, pineapple, piney resins, sweetness.
F: medium, slick and juicy. A little dry finish.
Overall: interesting. Fairly complex for a single-hop ipa. I like it.
