Clear golden brew with long-lasting whipped cream foam in the Duvel nonic. Lovely fragrance, almost perfumey, with straw, fresh hay, and sweet bread. Quite foamy and marshmallowy in the mouth. Mild cereal taste, like Cream of Wheat with a sweeter malty note. Just a hint of bitterness, a zingy finish with a note of acidity. Some nuts a a slight lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. Overall this is very tasty and clean. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Stamped "Embalmed 08/29/23."

Clear gold at the bottom of the glass, but a tad foggier towards the top, where a tall white foam builds.
Solidly crisp, bitter and clean but with a hint of corn nut.

Milk pour at O’Shea Brewing Co. in San Juan Capistrano, CA.
Nothing big. Nothing grand. This is not your Oma making her best schnitzel when she is really on her game. Nor is it Gibson Gowland walking through Death Valley because Erich Von Stroheim told him to. That said, it’s there like a good friend who will pick you up from the airport on a Saturday night. Yeah, he picks his nose too much. But he picked you up from LAX on Saturday!
Excuse my flight attendant, can I have another beer?

Enjoyed this on tap.
Hop forward, grassy aroma.
Biscuity toasted malt on the back with an excellent finish. This was an incredible pilsner and hit all the right notes

Clear golden yellow with a foamy white head. Aroma of straw and grain malts. Just a hint of noble hops. Taste is a nice full malty grain body with a hint of grassy and citrus hops. Finish is quick and clean. Good.

A very nice pils. A bit smoother than usual for the style.

Picked this up in early 2019, drank it in May 2019 while grilling some brats out on the river.
Has the proper pilsner appearance, familiar beer color golden with good clarity and 1/2" white head. Pretty cool design for the can, like straight out of The Killing Fields, where is Pal Pot?
The aroma hit the lager yeast note, straw, grass, grain, and a light popsicle stick kind of woodiness to it, guessing from the foeder impact on it. All those things going on more than hoppy notes, which is fine, this is a pilsner.
Drinks easy, good pronounced yeastiness to it. Pairs well with brats and water for swimming in. The strong yeastiness and foeder wood go well together. Good carbonation level, a nobel like hop bitterness that doesn't try and do anything but give a bitter kick with some floral hops and a dry finish.
I think it was like $4 a can, I'd probably buy it again if it was around summer time temperatures.
