Looks and smells good, but tastes too boozy to enjoy. It’s like a triple IPA without the smoothness. Not sure if a monk would appreciate this beer, but it would definitely get him drunk!

Can from lupulo Santa Cruz.
Undated but fresh drop from brewery.
L: clear copper, fluffy head with lace.
S: stonefruil, Passion fruit, floral.
T: stonefruit, papaya, minimal grassy herbal spicy bitter finish.
F: medium, slick and dry.
Overall: good overall. Much like other ipa’s from ghost town, even the ones that look west coast have a delicate fruity flavor. Low on bitterness.
