Pilsner aged in Foeders. 100% Hallertau Blanc hops as per brewery.
Interesting beer. Complex nose - a Pilsner malt profile is present alongside sweeter, woody notes. Tastes like floral spice, vanilla, toasted coconut, oak, but the cracker malt still contributes to the profile, so it remains complex and harmonious. A worthwhile effort.
