Sweet Simcoe hoppy, floral orange citrus, and a hint of Mosaic-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a beautifully balanced, old-school/new-school hoppy and piney bitter finish. Yum! I really like how each hop plays a supporting role here...and it finishes so clean and slightly dry as it warms, that it keeps you coming back for more. This is super clean and so well done! Fantastic westie!
