Clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Tripel Karmeliet tulip. Not at all sweet, but fruity. Prickly and light body. Citrus is the dominant flavor with just a modest acidity. Some mango in the mix with a touchof unsweetened pineapple. This is really quite drinkable, with a robust flavor and interesting hops. Moderate bitterness in the aftertaste.
