Aged in oak that formerly held Barbadian rum and rum barrels that were used to finish bourbon. Enemy Maker was then forced into a steel tank with fresh pineapple and toasted coconut for 5 months, where it definitely did not play nice.
At 7%abv, this wild ale can run riot fast with bright clean acidity and tart, tropical flavors like Mexican paletas and pina coladas.
