West Coast Pilsner brewed in collaboration with Olfactory Brewing, San Francisco.
Made with Exp586, Nectaron and Riwaka hops, Osmoscosmos is all about the stank: the smaller stanks that combine to create the larger stanks we are familiar with and all the stanks in-between, out there across the Bay. Yeah, ALL of them combine within Osmoscosmos for a caustically crisp, beguilingly balanced and cruelly clean sip that most certainly does, stank.
Osmoscosmos is nearly perfect: it wafts of exuded cadaverine's telltale scent of the Funk of Death and tastes of Armpit, Sweaty Feet, Bingers and Rotting Flesh. You know we are going to gorge on this gem, better creep on through soon before it is gone.

We rejoice when two breweries' collaboration results in a fabulous thing to be enjoyed. Such occurred here. We love it and look forward to the participants' next endeavor.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
