Opaque black body with no head save a thin, tiny off-white ring. Cherry donut, which by the way are amazing, leads the smell amongst malts, strong vanilla, and slight cocoa, but again cherry cake donut stars strongly. Taste is pretty much the same, little tartness from cherry and sweetness from lactose and vanilla compliment the cake. Feel is not as cakey as original given the cherry tartness, but otherwise light, smooth, and scary easy to put down. The wife liked it
