Medium bodied beer with a subtle balance between bittering and aromatic hops and delicate citrus aromas.

Bright, bready aromas on the nose. Palate with a nice balanced bitterness, finishing floral and clean. Also can’t beat these views of the Eiffel Tower at Les Ombres in Paris.

Had on tap. Pours with a big white head atop a mostly clear golden body. Smell and taste both feature cheap euro malts, honey, mild floral yeast and lemon esters. Smell more yeasty, taste more malty. Feel has higher carbonation with crisp malts, thinner yeast, some residual sugar.

Surprisingly good, solid all around. Had from bottle and from tap and both were excellent. Deep golden color, more aromatic than expected, decent bitterness. Best of the beers I had in France.
