Amber colour, with a big head that holds and leaves some lace. Aroma is smokey, caramel, sour. Medium body, astringent palate with acetone notes. Taste is smokey, like bacon, sour and again the acetone notes.

From Club del Gourmet of El Corte Ingles. In Teku glass. After dinner. As supposed: Iberian acor-fed ham doesnt improve beer. It gives it a bit smokey touch, like bacon. Its better in nose than mouth.
