Advertised as a Smoked Amber Ale. Poured a burnt copper color into Dogfish Head nonic pint glass from a 16 oz. can. Decent off white 2 finger high head that left spotty lacing and dissipated somewhat quickly. Pleasant bready yeast aroma with malts and toasted grains forward. Nothing stand out in the flavor but it does have a slight smokiness up front with a rather mild finish. Medium-light in body and an overall enjoyable brew, good when having more than one.
