Poured to a Duvel glass.
I've bought a box of these, and decided to do the review on a 3 month basis of this tasting.
A: The head is white, small and weak but the body is tremendously crystalline with a amber-y to yellow color. The presention could be basically perfect if it weren't for the head that could present a better behavior.
S: It's densely resinous with a bit of a citrus touch, making a hint for what the flavor profile will be.
T: It's the continuation of the aroma, being even more expressive here. It's more piny and resinous when compared with the aroma but the small citrus profile but great.
M: It's dense with a near-perfect carbonation. I should state that this beer appears to be "dead", carbonation-wise, when looking at it. Nice high count of IBUs.
O: It's one of the first quality IIPAs I've had that were made in Portuguese soil. We're getting better and better at this style. And I'm glad of that!
