Poured to a teku glass.
A: The body is copper-y to red cloudy. The head is almost non-existent with a white coloration. Not that much retention and just a minor lacing.
S: The aroma is really good, with the smell of hops, great citrus, and just a bit resinous-y. Really liked this aroma profile!
T: The taste is sweet and malty although a bit alcoholic.
M: The body is low due to low carbonation. The bitterness is very soft and the end leaves medium driness.
O: I've had a Bock from Pedro Sousa 5 years ago. At that time, that was the best portuguese beer I've had. Today this beer is not the same, of course. I'm liking very much these 'by Pedro Sousa' series, great experiments come out of this. Just like the pleasant aroma coming from this beer.
