Drank in Oak Series tasting with Post Scriptum brewery Pedro Sousa presenting.
A: The body is copper with no haziness at all, this is quite crystalline. Average head retention and lots of lacing on the white head.
S: Caramel, lot's of it. There's some malt in the back as a small profile but here you can fill all the alcohol it has.
T: Puding caramel and some malty and yeasty profile that goes along very well.
M: Carbonation is perfect. The bitterness is strangely modified to have a ceptic tune instead of bitter due to the high alcohol in this beer.
O: This is the first of 4 Oak Series beers. It's interesting how the barrel can make such a difference in a beer.
