Drank at Café Académico, Coimbra and poured (erroneously) to a Chimay glass.
A: Black opaque body with a mildly beige to brown head that formed right away when poured to a glass.
S: Caramel, coffee, roasted malts. Smells like a great stout.
M & T: Caramel, coffee, roasted malts and a bit of alcohol (just a hint) and leaves a trail on mouth of a bitterness from the hops and from the coffee, great end. Nothing like an IPA, as this states, but like a great plain stout. There's not much carbonation but it's mildly good, but tending to be very good.
O: One of the best from Pedro Sousa, clearly!
