Ryeninho steals its name from the king of national pop-rock but is a true duet of Pedros: Lima and Sousa.
Two turtles with their heads in the air, trying to make beer after a hearty lunch and many drinks. The result is a Sour Rye Ale signed by PostScriptum and Musa.
Delicious, pungent and dry. A fragrant jug with notes of apricot and alvarelhos with a strong flavor of rye malt and American hops.

Copenhagen 7/5 2021. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Black label with geometrical figures right out of the eighties and some floating hop flowers.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - amber orange with a small white head. Stable. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam overing the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a malty sweet odor mingling with sour fruit. Caramel, cardboard. Peach. Stronger sour notes of unripe berries and a light touch of vinegar.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, oily, tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong and bit harsh, sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while into a dry finish.
A tart and sour specimen with only a modest redeeming sweetness.
