This is a superb beer but I'm not sure it fits the profile of a typical Red Ale. It's in many was a Belgian interpretation of a an amber ale, with a ton of candi sugar and belgian yeast aromas and flavors. Smooth and thick mouthfeel.

A: dark amber color with some light orange notes on the bottom
S: big malts, lemongrass, grains, grass, and some earthy hops
T: big malts and a huge kick of the earthy grains in the flavor. Very ready. There is a tea leaf like bitterness that is very mild in here as well and closes out the flavor
M: lighter side of medium. Carbonation is mid-level which works well
O: it's an average beer. Drinking it in this pristine location is definitely boosting up my enjoyment of it, but I'm enjoying this nonetheless

L: Hazy amber color, half finger white head, medium carbonation.
S: Not very pleasant aroma, kind of boozy.
T: A bit tasteless, some malty aftertaste.
F: Quite drinkable and refreshing.
O: Nothing to look for. Drinkable but not my kind of thing.

Hard to classify, this is an "Unfiltered, non-pasteurized "Double Malt" beer brewed with 5 grains (barley, oat, wheat, rice, maize)". Both the aroma and the flavor are unusual.
330ml bottle with a BB date stamp of 5-2015. 5.4%
Purchased cold and consumed in Santorini, GR in 5-2015.
Looks promising, with a large creamy bone-colored head over a hazy honey-colored body. Some sediment clung to the bottom of the bottle.
Unusual bready and spicy aroma.
Flavor: lightly sweet but turning mildly bitter in the aftertaste. Some nice notes of honey and baked bread, but some sour and other off-notes that carry a suggestion of minor infection or over-age beer, but may just be the unorthodox grain mix.
