Hazy amber with a khaki, creamy, nitro-like head leaving a full on vertical blanket of lace.
Nose is muted at first, but mint and onion come through, along with grass and a bit of an aerated aroma.
Floral and herbal tastes are most prominent, like a wild meadow. Maybe catching a hint of some dill or caraway seed, sort of like a faint taste of sour kraut.
A bitter sting up front softens quite a bit, but it is not as frothy feeling as it looks.
