I recently visited R'Shea Brewery in Akron, Ohio, to try some of their brews. I am glad I did. They had some good stuff including this Quadrupel. It wasn't the best Quadrupel I've had. It wasn't a Westvleteren nr 12 or a St. Bernadus. However, they succeded in making a decent average Quadruple, which I think is good.
Look: semi-clear dark amber hue with a quarter inch bubbly head
Aroma: dark fruits
Flavor: Raisin bread, dark fruits, fairly mild compared to the more famous Quadrupels.
Feel: medium body
