I recently visited R'Shea Brewery in Akron, Ohio, to try some of their brews. I am glad I did. They had some good stuff including Imperial Pumpkin a Whiskey Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Pumpkin Spice.
Look: Look: black with a thin head
Aroma: toasted malts a hint of bourbon/whiskey
Flavor: It is quite good, typical stout, toasted malts, a bit sweet, and then the whiskey flavor and a hint of pumpkin spice well balanced.
Feel: medium to full body

I liked this--one of the first times I've had a pumpkin Stout, as opposed to a gold or amber hued pumpkin ale. The roastiness really pairs well with the natural pumpkin notes, and it's not a spice bomb.
