Winter Warmer is described as brewed with honey, Belgian candi sugar and cherry juice, and aged in Akron's Renaissance Artisan Distillers brandy barrels for over six months.

Red amber, a little fizzy, slightly cloudy, with minimal head.

I'm pleased to say this is not a Winter spice bomb that some winter brews are. Plus, the brandy barrel aging seems to transform the flavors of this beer into something drastically different. On top of the expected cherry notes, which are actually faint and somewhat wine-like, there is a stronger presence of super fresh, crisp green apple. It's so crisp it very easily could stretch into the Spring season without being out of place.
