2021 vintage. Canned on 11/10/21. 16oz can poured into a tulip.
Pours an amber with mahogany and ruby hues; great clarity and transparency; very small off-white head that quickly fades leaving little to no retention and lacing. Great color.
The aromas are nice but subtle and mild. Some caramel and spices. Some sweet potatoes and veggies. Some cherries. Malts are there.
The flavors follow the nose. More sticky caramel along with some hints of cocoa. There's a nice amount of yams and sweet potatoes. There's more cherries in the mix. The spices are very balanced and subtle, but in a good way. Some raw honey. There's a subtle sticky sweetness. Moderate bitterness. Solid malt backbone. Alcohol basically goes unnoticed for the most part. I will say it slightly has some mild "cherry Nyquil" notes in the flavor department which might be a turn off to some. Those notes aren't strong enough to be concerned though.
Mouthfeel is nice. It's full-bodied with moderate carbonation. It's fluffy, slick, smooth and slightly sharp.
This is a solid brew. I personally like this much more than their regular Christmas Ale. This one is bold while showing lots of restraint. It actually has a strong "Imperial Pumpkin Ale" vibe going on, for what it's worth. Not bad at all. I like it.

Slightly murky but mostly clear dark burnt copper with a thick, persistent creamy beige head.
This Christmas in July release features bright red apple with tons of mixed Christmas spices, particularly ginger and allspice. Dark, wholesome gingerbread is the strong player in this take, with a touch of black licorice.
Feel is soft, smooth and frothy despite all the spice, but it is intensely flavored, so stay away if spiced beer isn't your thing.
