Clear grapefruit red with almost no head, what little of which dies quickly.
This is a standard, crisp and tingly tart Berliner with a mildly herbal, semi-bitter currant addition that's nothing too crazy. The finish is semi-wet, bringing out a touch of cracker and salinity, but not quite to gose territory.
