"This beer was aged on 'Jamaican Me Crazy' coffee beans from Nervous Dog Coffee Bar which features flavors of Kahlua, Vanilla and Caramel. And given the lockdown...the name is perfect. Cabin fever anyone?"

16 FL. OZ. can
Served in a snifter

This beer pours very dark brown. Garnet highlights are visible when held to the light. It is topped with a fleeting mocha head that leaves little lacing.

I get a nice coffee aroma. I get some chocolate as well

Great coffee flavor. I get chocolate too. Bitter, black coffee in the finish.

Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel

Yet another great beer in the Twitchy Bitch series. I have loved everyone that I have tried so far.

Is the name about a dog? WTF? I've had the pleasure of drinking many R. Shea products and this one is yet another treat.

It pours nearly black with just a bit of remaining translucence. The aroma is of a delicious, choclatey booze beverage. The taste is a thick treat of coffee balanced with vanilla. It sits thick and rich on the palate.

Highly recommended. This is a high quality stout - in a blind test I might guess Evil Twin, but then I would correct myself because I would reognize R. Shea's great talent (of course).

Canned on 7/15/20. 16oz can poured into a tulip. Pours almost black; creamy khaki head that falls leaving great retention and sticky lacing. The aromas have some coffee and vanilla along with lots of malts. The aromas might not be super intense, but it still smells pretty nice. The flavors have coffee leading the way. There's a nice amount of chocolate coming through. More vanilla along with some caramel. Hints of toffee in the mix as well. Lots of roasted characteristics. Moderate bitterness but nothing crazy. Subtle sweetness. Nice malt backbone. Alcohol is basically goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is full-bodied with moderate to low bitterness. It's extremely fluffy, slightly creamy, smooth and dangerously drinkable.

This is a nice coffee stout. The coffee shines. There's really nothing to complain about. They did a nice job with this. Well done.

16 ounce can, canned on 07/15/20 stamped on the bottom. Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with about a half inch tan head that didn't stay around for very long. There's a small amount of lacing. I like the aroma, the brew smells like coffee, roasted malt, vanilla, maple and caramel. Taste is similar to the aroma, with coffee, vanilla, caramel, maple, nutty, roasted malt and cream flavors. Mouthfeel/body is medium/full, it's smooth and a bit slick with a moderate amount of carbonation. Easy and enjoyable to drink. I liked this brew a lot, nice balance between the sweet and roasty flavors. Definitely worth trying if you find some!

Cola black with clear brown ribbons, its tall spongy tan foam leaves some veils of lacing around the glass.

I'm enjoying this much more than Heavy Containment. This has a solid mocha flavor that's got a semi-bitter woodiness softened by a coconut-esque creamy vanilla. The mildly roasty dark malt is lightly chocolatey, but overall it's quite balanced for a pastry stout.

Its smooth, fluid medium body is slick but assisted by a softly fine carbonation.
