16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 8/5/2020. Pours very hazy deep golden/orange/amber color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with good retention, that reduces to a minimal spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas and flavors of big juicy/tart/tangy peaches, fruit fuzz/skin/pits, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, pear, red/green apple, melon, white grape/wine, wheat, cracker, white bread, sea salt, herbal, grass, pepper, and lacto funk/yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness, fruit tang, and light herbal/grassy/peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of sour/tart/tangy peaches, fruit fuzz/skin/pits, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, pear, red/green apple, melon, white grape/wine, wheat, cracker, white bread, sea salt, herbal, grass, pepper, and lacto funk/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of peaches, fruity/acidic yeast, sea salt, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with a fantastic malt/tart/sour/tangy balance; mild pucker, but not overwhelming. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering sour/tart/tangy. Medium-plus carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, acidic/tangy/tannic, and lightly saline balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Minimal warming alcohol for 8%. Overall this is a fantastic fruited imperial gose! All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of peaches, fruity/acidic yeast, sea salt, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/clean/refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish; nicely soft and not overly lactic. Fantastic presence of authentic juicy/tangy peaches, with balanced lactic acid, and a nice wheat/malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp acidic/tangy dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding spot on style example. Loved it!

Wow this beer is quite good not only have I not had very many imperial gose style beers but this one delivered in both smelling at least peachy and tasting along with the acidic sourness that the style brings a good amount of actual peach flavor. Body is dangerously drinkable can't believe it's 8%. Overall slightly sour good peach flavor well concealed ABV. Great!
