Canned on 11/5/20. 16oz can poured into a tulip. Pours almost black; small khaki head that fades leaving solid retention and lacing. The aromas have hints of ginger, cinnamon and chocolate. The coffee blends with everything. Malts are there. The flavors follow the nose. More cinnamon and ginger. Some peppermint in the mix. The coffee comes through without dominating. More chocolate coming through. Mild sweetness. Malts do their thing. Alcohol is well hidden considering the ABV. Mouthfeel is full-bodied with moderate to active carbonation. It's sharp, fluffy, creamy, smooth and dangerously drinkable.

This is a great brew. The gingerbread and coffee characteristics both come through and blend well together. It's bold and rich but remains balanced. It becomes even more complex and enjoyable as it warms. It's very fitting for the colder weather and the holiday season. Well done.
