The spoiler for this non-bitchy version was I knew it would not be as good as the Ethiopian coffee, and ti wasn't.
It looks a fine stout with nice bubbles. The aroma is a bit off in a great way - I suppose the adjuncts. Very nice blend with the stout.
Recommended. It's quite good, and I should have bought just one more can of the Ethiopian coffee.

Really not very exciting to look at, I was hoping for a nice frothy head with some big time lacing and I got neither ... Still it has a pleasant as advertised aroma and is very smooth although not exciting... Most importantly, it tastes good.

16 FL. OZ. can
Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours black and is topped with a couple inches of beautiful frappé colored head that sticks around awhile leaving the glass coated in foam.
It has a definite eggnog aroma. I get some underlying chocolate and coffee.
The taste follows the smell. I get eggnog right off the bat. Then I get chocolate and coffee. The chocolate and coffee work wonderfully with the eggnog flavor. The abv is completely hidden.
Full bodied with a creamy mouthfeel that completes this beer.
I meant to drink this around Christmas. Yada, yada, yada I had it this evening. I was thinking eggnog did not sound good at this time. I guess I forgot how good this beer was. This will become a Christmas staple. It beats all those over-spiced winter warmers that crowd the shelves.

Canned on 11/25/20. 16oz can poured into a tulip. Pours almost black; small creamy khaki head that fades leaving nice retention and lacing. The aromas have a little eggnog vibe going on. Hints of spice and cocoa. There's a nice amount of coffee coming through. Vanilla comes through as it warms. Malts are there. The flavors follow the nose perfectly. The coffee leads the way. More subtle spice notes coming through. Some chocolate and vanilla frosting in the mix. Mild sweetness along with a nice little bitterness. Malts do their thing. Alcohol basically goes unnoticed for the most part. Mouthfeel is very nice. It's full-bodied with moderate carbonation. It's fluffy, creamy, smooth and dangerously drinkable.
This is a really nice stout. It's very unique. The coffee shines. Solid eggnog and brûlée vibe. It's bold stuff. It's a great addition to their "Twitchy" series. It's very enjoyable and fun to drink. Well done. I really like it.
