Super excited to try this beer into a pint glass
A - Well not so excited now can't believe this beer got so chunky in 7 months I guess because it's a milkshake IPA? BIG sediment chunks slight 1/4 inch of foam beer looks like a dark orange yellow.
S - Well it still smells good mix of hops and tart strawberries not much vanilla but doesn't smell off.
T - Flavor is not bad not getting much fruit the hops and strawberries mixed together quite a bit. Slight sweetness of vanilla in the finish but also bitter edge.
M - Weird chunky reminds me of my first home brew but still I try to quaff it back.
Overall have to try this again fresh or maybe another variant but not bad! Just a reminder to check dates IPA's don't last forever especially when they use milk sugars!
