Chill hazed white gold with a puffy white head of moderate height.
This actually has a nice clarity of expression. Toasted corn, wheat and light cornbread accented by a light herbal tang, the medium body has a light fluff and finishes semi-dry.
Super smooth, and even a little silky, it's ultimately crushable.
For the style, it's pretty nice, and a relief next to all the flavored abominations on the menu.
---
This isn't what I remember it being two years ago. It's got an unusual tang to it, almost tart, even a touch pickled, and pretty fruity, like when gum loses flavor. Easily decreasing my original 3.98 score.
