This Double New England IPA uses predominately Motueka to accentuate citrusy lemon and lime flavors while Nelson and Simcoe make up the other half of the dryhop. Motueka is used primarily in the whirlpool and the dryhop uses all three. Nelson adds a grape-wine component while Simcoe lends an earthy, fruitiness component.

The hop bill of the beer: a wonderful lime and lemon Moteuka nose and Nelson-Simcoe providing their magic in dry hop. Super light mouthfeel, juicy taste and clean finish. Really great beer. I don’t believe this one has been canned, so get it on tap while you can. Highly recommended.
